The iQ Tesla Balanced Proportional Valve represents a cornerstone in our standard valve lineup, introducing a balanced variant aimed at enhancing flow rates while maintaining a compact size, fit, and function. These valves excel in low-pressure drop systems, delivering substantial flow within a compact footprint without commanding premium pricing typically associated with such high-flow solutions.

Enhanced Performance in Compact Design

These 2-Way Normally Closed units feature an effective orifice size of .156", minimizing hysteresis to less than 10%. With a swift time response of under 35 ms, they ensure timely and accurate fluid control, offering versatility and reliability within a pressure range of 0-50 psig.

Solid, Lightweight Construction 

Supported by various seal options, these valves exhibit resilience across a wide temperature range, from 32 to 120°F. Constructed with durable materials such as 300 and 400 series stainless steel, they ensure compatibility with various fluids, enhancing their adaptability to diverse environments. With voltage options of 12 VDC or 24 VDC and 22 AWG lead wires measuring 12 inches in length, installation and connectivity are simplified, facilitating seamless integration into systems. Weighing merely 27 oz, these valves offer lightweight yet robust performance, striking a balance between efficiency and durability.
