Here are the questions we are most frequently being asked:
SHIPPING
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do ship internationally. We currently sell direct all around the world but require up front payments until a relationship is established on international orders. If ordering from China, we currently have sales representation based out of Shanghai.
How long does shipping take?
If the valve is a standard product off of ours and is in stock, shipping is normally within 2-5 days of the order. If you require rush shipping, please contact the factory and we will do our best to accomodate.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
Any returns must have an RMA number issued from our team. Refunds are only issued after inspection of the valves by our quality team.

PAYMENT & WARRANTY
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. OEM customers will be allowed to have term based payment. International orders must be pre-paid unless otherwise authorized.
What are your warranty terms & conditions?
Our general warranty on our valves is one year from the shipment date.
